I had a good look at the Mark Tomlinson video on what to wear for polo and purchased a set of polo bandages to use when exercising at the canter and gallop or trotting on the road (my pony has rather poor hind leg conformation)
They are super, being so thick they don't meed fibagee if you support tendons by bandaging the Argentine way, and there is no stretch whatever, so you put them on at the desired (minimal) pressure to give support not compression. They can be be used as stable bandages with gamgee to dry legs in winter, and as travel bandages with large pieces of fibagee to protect knees, heels and hocks. Expensive but versatile. An example of cross discipline fertilisation. P.S. also they are very swish.
