The sport of dressage is a joy to watch at top level but it has its issues. Big-moving, flashy horses, for example, look impressive but does this mean they are going correctly? If you've got opinions or questions on this, or anything else to do with this increasingly popular discipline, post them here.

Jane Gregory tribute
I have bumped into Jane several times in my not terribly illustrious career in dressage, and also in the course of my job as a dressage journalist.

What does one do with one's pelvis in sitting trot!
The simple answer of how to achieve a good sitting trot is to relax and try to feel as though you are part of your horse, not a separate lump perched on top.

Totilas confimed as sold!
Treadmills have been around for years, they need a groom in attendance, so probably no more boring than endless circuits of the arena or walker, water treadmills are available as well, these must equate to a footbath

Ear covers in affilliated competition
I am sorry that I have no idea about the Spanish national rules, but in all horse sports the rules of the national federation are used in national competitions unless stated otherwise in the event rules, whilst those of the FEI are used in international competitions.

Deep menage
In ye olde days we tried red blister on splints, it removed the hair, but the splint remained as it was, it's unfortunate but nothing much to be done.

Katie Price in unashamed self-promotion
I have read all the threads about how dressage is for everyone and good on katie ect ect but i agree with yours, if it is all about the riding and dressage, then why is she aloud to wear bling and everyone else has to wear plain black or blue?
