Does anyone have any advise on fixing lead changes? My Arabian does clean changes but tends to take off after he changes. I need to fix this before I start working on jumper courses with him.

Does he do this in both directions? It could be a matter of suppleness, straightness, mental acceptance / confidence, rider error etc. How did you train them and give us a little more info and then hopefully we can help you out.
