Sitting trot?
I ride a LOT of sitting trot on different horses and have to say that I do think that a lot of having the ability to sit well to the trot is rider fitness and core stability/strength.

Hi there, as it happens I have broken five ponies in recent years, it was great fun, no pressure on time for me (oap retired) this is only one difference with professionals who are expected to deliver in a short time scale, also I used a professional standard rider to make sure transitions were clear and established, this is vital.
